Browsing Our Departments

• Choose a department from Women (including sizes 8-18, Plus sizes 18-28, Petite for women 5'3”&under, Boutique with its timeless elegance, lingerie and accessories) Men, Kids from tiny to ten, Kylie for fashion-conscious girls from 9 to 13+ and Home Living and then use the options on the left hand side to filter your search by item type e.g. skirts, category, price or even size

• If you know what you're looking for, you can enter the description (e.g. Short sleeve frill blouse) in the keyword search bar at the top left of the page and click GO. If available, it will take you straight to any matching items. Select on the image and the ‘more info’ links to get a more detailed description of the item you have selected.

• Use the size grid to find out if we have your chosen size available

• To buy this item simply click your chosen size on the grid adding the item to your shopping bag

• If the item is out of stock in your size, contact us at customer-services@mandco.com or phone for free on 0800 0317 200 and we can try and source the item for you

• If the size has our email back in stock option available, select it, enter your email address and we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock and available to purchase

Shopping Bag

• The top right hand side of the screen shows you how many items you have in your shopping bag and the total cost of your selections

• To see a more detailed, itemised list of you selections simply click on ‘My Shopping Bag’

• From here you can update your order by changing quantities and removing items from your shopping bag or if you want to browse for further items you can also choose to continue shopping

• You can return to your Shopping Bag at any time by selecting the icon at the top of the page

• When you are happy with the goods you have selected go to your shopping bag

Signing In

• Before you carry on to the checkout you will be asked to sign in. If you are already registered with us at mandco.com then simply enter your email address and password and proceed to your order summary. • If you aren’t registered then don’t worry, you will now have the opportunity to do so!

• To register (you are required to do this to complete your order but only need to do so once) enter your email address, select the option stating you are not yet registered with M&Co. and click continue

• Enter your billing postcode then press continue

• Enter your contact details and agree with our terms and conditions (This is important as you cannot progress until you tick this box)

• Please note the asterisked field details must be entered, the others are optional and we only ask them so we can provide you with a better service

• At this point if you wish to change the delivery address, please tick the appropriate box

• Finally select the continue button to take you to your order summary

Changing Delivery Details

If you had selected to change your delivery details you will come to this page. • For a different address, enter the delivery postcode and complete the delivery details

• For our deliver to store option select the store you wish the parcel to be delivered to

Order Summary

• From here you can check your delivery details and the items that you have ordered

• If you have a promotional code click on the 'Use promotional code' button and enter the details

• Make sure you type in your promo code exactly as it appears, our system is case sensitive so will not recognise mandco12 as being the same as MANDCO12

• Once you are happy with this choose your delivery options and enter your payment details

• This next page is your order reference page which will have your order reference number. Please print your order reference page.

You will receive an automatically generated email in your inbox, confirming the order and its details.
